Thomas R. Ulan

Thomas R. Ulan age 86, of Brookfield, OH passed away on Monday morning August 31, 2015 at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Youngstown, OH following a period of declining health.
He was born in Erie, PA on March 21, 1929 the son of John and Lillian (Melnyk) Ulan.
Tom had worked in the shipping department for the former National Castings Company for over forty years before his retirement. During his free time he had enjoyed being outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is survived by nephew and caregiver John E. Ulan and his wife Lori of Brookfield, OH his daughter Crystal Yates of Brookville, PA, two grandchildren Kyle Yates and Devin Koser, his brother Joseph and his wife Margie of Hermitage, PA, and by his sister in-law Mary Ellen Ulan of Hermitage, PA.
Tom was preceded in death by his daughter Diane Koser, his parents John and Lillian, his brothers Edward Ulan, James Ulan, and by his sister Marie Russo.
