Tabitha M. Henson

May 9, 1985 — March 3, 2023

MASURY-Tabitha Henson, 37, of Masury, Ohio, passed away on Friday, March 3, 2023 in the Sharon Regional Medical Center.

Tabitha was born on May 9, 1985 to Tony and Janet Cook in Westminster, Maryland and was a 2003 graduate of Conemaugh Township High School.

In 2020, Tabitha married the love of her life, Richard “Ricky” Henson, in Masury, Ohio. Tabitha and Ricky had a blessed marriage that was cut short by Ricky’s untimely death in 2022.

Tabitha had the biggest heart, she loved and cared for everyone. She put others first before herself. Tabitha loved her pets, she loved her plants, getting her nails and toes done, the beach, and relaxing with the door open. Tabitha was an independent woman. She never asked for help or anything in general. Tabitha had a beautiful smile and a contagious laugh and always kept a positive attitude no matter the circumstances. Tabitha was very strong and was a true warrior. She encountered many struggles and hardships in her life, but that never stopped her. Tabitha will be terribly missed as she has left us all too soon. She has now reunited with the love of her life and can now be at peace but will never be forgotten. We love you so much, watch over us!

She is survived by her children daughter Jada Parker, sons Dashaun Parker and Jaxon Parker, parents Tony Cook I and Janet (Campbell) Cook, her sister Trisha Cook Defibaugh and her
husband Jeremy Defibaugh, twin brother Tony Cook II and his wife Miriam Cook, maternal grandmother Mary Wilson Campbell, paternal grandmother Charlene Carver Cook, and
numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Tabitha was preceded in death by her husband Ricky Henson, maternal grandfather James Campbell, and paternal grandfather Marvin Cook.
