Clint D. Sparks

Clint Donald Sparks, 66, of Elkton, MD, formerly of Phoenix, AZ, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. Born in Sharon, PA on August 27, 1958, he was the son of the late Robert Sr. and Evelyn Addicott Sparks.

Clint had a successful career as a professional painter, specializing in both residential and commercial projects. He was also a proud member of the National Rifle Association, and known to be an avid shooter, with a keen appreciation for the discipline and skill involved in the sport. Outside of work, Clint was a man of the outdoors. He loved to fly fish, mountain climb, bike, and swim, always embracing the challenges that nature presented. Clint’s true spirit, however, shone through in his acts of kindness. He was a dedicated volunteer, offering his time to help church missions and contributing to efforts that supported the homeless. He regularly fed and cared for those in need, always going the extra mile to ensure others had what they needed. Clint’s heart was as big as his generosity, and he found joy in lifting others up. Above all, he was a devoted and faithful friend. He was the kind of person who could always be counted on.

Survivors include his siblings, Robert Sparks II, Grants, NM, Tom Sparks, Billingham, WA, Mary Rafail (John), Hurricane, UT, and Cliff Sparks (Tina Baker), Crested Butte, CO; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other extended family and friends.

Services will be private with interment in Oakwood Cemetery, Sharon, PA.
